Well, I don’t know about you but during lock down I’ve perfected the art of baking as well as Lego houses and sunbathing. In all seriousness, I am working from home running my Lettings business as well as managing my own properties (and trying not to let my 5 year old become a tech monster!).

Hi and thank you for visiting our blog. We have been in the Nuneaton Property market since 2000, owning and managing our own properties as well as our private landlords portfolios in and around Nuneaton. We have always kept a keen eye on the local property market for ourselves and for our landlords, but now we want to share our knowledge with everyone in the town. On this blog, we will talk about what is happening in the town’s property market itself, looking at specific streets or housing estates. Some times we will post what we consider decent buy to let deals on the market as well as current rental opportunities with ourselves and other Nuneaton agents.
